Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that your schedule may change. Master Aviation LLC requires at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any flight lesson or ground school session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or “no-shows,” will result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
Refund Policy:
All flight training packages and ground school enrollments are non-refundable once the service has commenced. If a student chooses to discontinue training, any unused funds held in the student’s account will be refunded upon written request, minus any applicable administrative processing fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the request.
